I am not sure what is going on here but this house was listed at the end of September and it sold at the beginning of October.
It is 4+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms on a 39.83 x 210.81 foot lot and it was listed at $2,200,000.
It sold for $2,140,000.
It is now for lease for $8,500/month.
The 'for lease' listing has the same furniture and art in the pictures as the 'for sale' listing. Do you think they just re-used the pictures? And who bought this? Why buy and then lease in this neighbourhood? It seems kind of strange....
And pricey!
