Guess this duplex in Rathnelly isn't being renovated!

This semi was listed in October for $1,595,000.  It didn't sit on the market for long and sold for.....$1,595,000.

The house itself is a large 4 bedroom that sits on a 30 x 139.7 foot lot with a private drive.  I thought there was potential to update it or to renovate into an amazing, large, single family house.

Well, looks like they didn't change anything and the upper level duplex is for rent...
