PRICE DROP - 20 Kilbarry Road - DEER PARK

Again, it's the backyard.

When I first saw this house, I could figure out why this 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 29 x 128.28 foot lot wasn't selling.

It is well done, maybe a bit too ornate, but with a price tag of $2,399,000, it is a LOT of house for the price.  But then I saw the backyard.  It is TINY.  It is not a yard for a house this size and price.

So it didn't sell and they have dropped the price.  

It is now listed at $2,299,000.

For that backyard, still probably too high.

By the way, is this another Shram house?  It doesn't have the brown and white kitchen but it definitely has the brown and white cabinets in the bathrooms!
