PRICE DROP/RELIST - 34 Vesta Drive - FOREST HILL

This 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom 5,800 square foot house on a 50 x 130 foot lot has been listed since July.

The price was $4,485,000.

For Forest Hill, it didn't seem that ridiculous considering that a similar house at 190 Forest Hill was listed at $6,495,000.  But it was dropped to $5,680,000 and I am not sure if it ever sold.

The thing with this house though are those front steps.  

Why do you need 14 steps to get to your front door when this is a new build?  Why didn't they lower the basement just a little bit?  If you think this house looks overbearing in the picture, you should see it in real life!  

And in a house that is listed at $4.5 million, why do they have those sliding back doors!?!

I thought this place would sell for 

high 3s.  Very low 4s at the most.

It has been relisted at $4,385,000.

Still too high but I bet if they replaced those sliding doors with french doors, they would get closer to what they are hoping for.

Just not $4.4 million.
