Three days ago, I posted my first house from 'The Pocket', formerly known as Blake-Jones.
A reader requested that I post more listings from 'the Pocket'.
Well....this one was on my list but it sold too fast.
It is 2+1 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on a 25 x 100 foot lot with 1 parking spot.
It was on the market for 3 days.
It was listed at $969,000. I would have said it was overpriced.
Not so.
It sold for $1,010,000.
