Now this house!

Who are these builders?  They LOVE grey.

This house is 3+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and it sits on a 25 x 125 foot lot.

It is listed at $1,849,000.

That is the same price as the Harwood house after the price drop two weeks ago from $1,899,000.  

It still hasn't sold.

It thought that place was more of a $1,699,000 house.  

Same goes for this house.
