PRICE DROP - 26 Harwood Road - DAVISVILLE VILLAGE

On Monday, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom new build on a 24.83 x 125 foot lot.  It had already been on the market for a couple of weeks.

It was listed at $1,899,000 which explains why it hadn't sold.

If you weren't a HUGE fan of grey, you would probably think this was WAY too high....even if you did like grey, you would think it was too high.

I thought it should be listed at $1,699,000.

The new price is $1,849,000.

It needs another price drop (and as one reader pointed out, a railing on the front steps).
