I thought this house at 31 Highview Crescent in Regal Heights could sell for $1,250,000.
It was listed at $1,199,000.
It is a renovated 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 26 x 118 foot lot with parking for 2 cars.
Considering that the TDSB school district scores aren't the best...
Most people thought there was no way this was going over $1.1 million let alone a million.
But as you can see from the school ranking, though the average ranking over the last 5 years (up to 2011) might be 1308, the most recent year measured shows the ranking to be 970. Still not amazing but it is making serious jumps up the ranking! It went from a 5.2/10 in 2007 to 6.7/10 in 2011 (not sure what happened in 2008 though!)

For $1,201,000.
Not quite $1,250,000 but it was still OVER!
