This house at 16 Barton Avenue has been listed since September and had two subsequent price changes:

September       $1,079,000

October           $949,000

November        $1,059,000

Considering that this is literally steps to Bathurst and needs work, I thought these prices were a little high.  I thought that perhaps the October price was closer to what it would sell for.

Well, after persistence at $1,059,000 and another price drop in January to $1,039,000, this house sold...

For $1,037,000.

Wonder if they will keep the red tile on the fireplace?
