This house at 266 Douglas Drive in Rosedale was listed in November for $3,200,000 and sold a week later for $3,100,000.

For whatever reason, the deal fell through.

So...it was relisted last Thursday for $3,200,000.

It sold 2 days later...

For $3,100,000.
