It sold for $515,000.
It's not techinically in the Regal Heights neighbourhood but it is in the same school district. And though the school ranking isn't the best, it is rising.
And so are the prices in the neighbourhood.
Renovated semis in Corso Italia just north of St. Clair are starting to sell in the $6s as can been seen from the house at 58 Earlscourt that was listed at $599,000 and sold for $600,000. And houses just east of Dufferin are selling above $1 million like the house at 31 Highview Crescent that was listed at $1,199,000 and sold for $1,201,000.
As people are getting priced out of Wychwood, they are moving north and west. Eventually the wave will move across Dufferin.
And considering this house went over asking, I would say it is already happening.
Located between St. Clair and transit at Dupont, this is a location that will only see improvement. Especially if it starts to see a some greenification like what is planned for Corso Italia just north of St. Clair.
