So, it isn't a surprise to hear that it has had a price drop.

Sure, it's nice and has a garage and they did some serious staging....but not for $1.5 million.

That's more than sold price for the 5 bedroom house that I just posted on Fairview.

The new price for this house is $1,249,000.

Getting closer but I still think it is too high.
