144 Manning Avenue - TRINITY-BELLWOODS
I first posted this house in October 2011.
It is 3+1 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on a 15 x 60 foot lot.
It was clearly a flip and had been listed since September 2011 for $749,000. I thought it was overpriced.
It didn't sell and there was a price drop in November of 2011 to $649,000. I still thought it was overpriced and should have been listed at $599,000.
A week later, the price was INCREASED to $729,000.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped again to $700,000.
I guess it sold because it was listed again just a couple of weeks ago. The furniture is new and doesn't look staged. And they changed the black tile in the bathroom to white tile.
The price on February 17 was $799,900.
It hasn't sold and as of today, the new price is $779,900.
Hmmm.
