Last week, the house at 54 Stanley Terrace beside this house sold for $1,039,000.  

It was a fixed up 3 bedroom semi on a 33.73 x 64.7 foot with the option to build in the location of the garage.

Either the people at 52 Stanley Terrace couldn't believe the price (which I actually thought was low) or it was the same owner as 54 because this house went on the market the next day.

It clearly needs a lot of work because that NDP sign has been there for years.

It was listed at $599,000.

It sold...

For $600,000.

Make the house beside it with the option to build seem like a steal.
