20 Metcalfe Street in Cabbagetown is a 3 bedrooom, 3 bathroom semi on a 16.83 x 122 foot lot with one parking spot.

It's tired but could be amazing, and with a little reconfiguration, this could become a 4 bedroom house.

That is why I thought it was going to go about $30,000 over its $949,000 asking price.  That and it felt big even though it wasn't.

Guess it didn't actually feel so big or the amount of work was just too much because this place did not sell over.

This semi just sold...

For $940,000.

With the right reno, this could be a GREAT house.
