And it went for....

I first posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house at 84 Kenwood Avenue in Humewood in December.

It had just had a price drop from its inital list of $999,000 in November.

It's a flip and there are quirks (like that master closet) but I thought it was a really good house.

The new price was $980,000.

Considering that another house at 178 Wychwood one street over that seemed a lot more squished inside sold for $1,100,000 in April, I didn't see why this house wouldn't sell.

But it didn't and had another price drop in January to $899,000.

Guess that price wasn't getting them the offer they wanted so they increased the price up to $939,900 in February.

And as of today, it has finally sold....

For $920,000.
