The house I posted last week in the St. Clair and Bathurst neighbourhood just north of Wychwood sold fast.

Located at 178 Wychwood it isn't huge but is done and has an awesome patio.

It was listed at $983,000 and sold for $1,100,000.

Given the size of the lot, the demand for this neighbourhood and the fact that this gutter at 84 Ilford Avenue recently sold for $1,000,000....

Too bad it wasn`t patio season all year long!!
