And it went for....

It sold!!!

I first posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 19 x 132 foot lot at 140 Fulton Avenue in Playter Estates in October 2012.

It was listed at $979,000.

Considering what had sold in the neighbourhood, I thought this would go over asking....even up to $1,111,000.

Which is kind of funny considering that this house is a lot like the house I posted today at 14 Garnock Avenue that I was kind of shocked to see sell for $1,076,200.

Though I prefer the interior style of this house (minus the blue couches).  It reminds me more of the 269 Bain Avenue house that recently sold for $1,015,000.

But this house didn't sell and the listing was suspended only to be relisted a week later at a price drop...

To $897,000.

It didn't sell and again the listing was suspended....or so I thought.

I thought this whole time it was still suspended but I guess I was wrong because this house just sold...

For $945,000.

So, does that make the Garnock house price make more sense?  

This house didn't have parking but this house has 2 more bathrooms and, for me, I just prefer the style a LOT more....

What would your choice be?  Fulton in Playter Estates or Garnock in Riverdale?

For me, if we threw in 269 Bain, it would win HANDS DOWN.
