PRICE DROP - 10 Noel Avenue - BENNINGTON HEIGHTS

In 2009, this house was for sale for $998,000.

Then, it was listed For Lease in August 2012 for $8,250/month.

It is 3+1 bedrooms, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 100 foot lot and clearly has had a reno.  But it is cramped.  I don't get the layout.

And it is only 3 bedrooms.

So, when it was listed for sale in March (after presumably not being leased in August) for $1,798,000, I thought it was too high.

Well, as of today, they have dropped the price....

To $1,726,000.

Probably still too high....
