I love this house!
Even though it is set back REALLY far from the street and there is basically no backyard...there is just something about it.
It is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and it sits on a 17.33 x 93.5 foot lot.
The second bedroom is tiny and it looks like it basically only fits a crib but this is a great house.
And if you want a condo alternative in the Beaches, this is it. It is steps to Queen....
It looks like there might be a little bit more back yard than the pictures are showing....
It is listed at $469,000.
There is no parking and it is baseboard heating.
But other than that...I don't see why this woudn't go for at least asking.
Maybe even $535,000!
I can't stop looking at the pictures!
(P.S. That fireplace panelling is what they should do at the Riverdale house that I posted earlier at 28 Frizzell Avenue, and then maybe close off behind the fireplace and add a nook for firewood.)
