Where do I start....?
Well......uh.........the beams are beautiful!
Everything else...It's all fine but.....ugh.
There was a lot of potential in this space but what looks like faux brick (though it looks real in the video) kind of kills it and the rest just doesn't really suit this space.
Or is it just the video that is throwing me off?
I just can't with this video.
I feel dirty and not in a good way.
Is this painting necessary!?!

What's with the all black outfits? Do they both work at Olive Garden?
And sure it says 'Tom Ford' on the cologne bottle but I know you were all thinking this....
This loft is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 1,650 square feet with one parking spot.
The asking price is $795,000.
Not crazy for 2 bedroom apartment downtown with parking, that if you are into this style is actually a really great place, but it might sit for a while.
Sidenote: I think I passed that woman earlier today (not kidding) and she looked a LOT happier than she does at the 1:38 mark of the video above!
