So, needless to say, it needs work.
The asking price is $550,000.
It is firm and they aren't taking any lower but I am assuming, even though the house is being sold 'as is', that they won't have to worry about the price.
Sure, it is on the east side of Pape, but with another $250,000-$300,000, this place could probably become amazing and it would still have cost $200,000 less than the house at 269 Bain Avenue.
You just have to be willing to do the work.
