This 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom new build at 124 Ashdale Avenue on a 25 x 116.92 foot lot in the Leslieville/Greenwood-Coxwell neighbourhood has been for sale since March.
It was listed in 2011 for $389,000 when it looked like this...
After the rebuild, this house was listed at $1,149,000.
As far as new builds go, it is good but I didn't think the neighbourhood was ready for a house at this price.
I thought it would sell for $1,025,000 tops.
It didn't sell for a while and they dropped the price a week after my post to $1,049,900.
It still sat for 2 weeks but it has now sold...
For $1,045,000!
Not bad.
Wonder if the 177 Pape Avenue sale of $1,175,000 helped!
