This house at 179 Furry Creek Drive in West Vancouver was designed by architect Fook Weng Chan
It It is located 20 minutes from Horseshoe Bay but also 20 minutes to Squamish.
It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house that was built in 1997.
When I saw it, the first thing I thought of was this spinning house.....
And here is the second part in case you were curious what was next. It is a lot of talk about the glass.
Though this house doesn't spin, it is still impressive.
The view is amazing and the windows are great. I am just not really into that faux brick in the fireplace or the tile throughout. Actually, I don't mind the white but not crazy about the other tile. I think it is there though to bring nature inside. I suppose it suits the house, I am just not a fan.
And the kitchen/dining room is intersting! But I like it.
The asking price is $1,980,000. And though it is on the edge of West Vancouver, it is still a great house for the price.
