PRICE DROP #2 - 26 Harwood Road - DAVISVILLE VILLAGE (click photo to see full post)

I first posted this house in January , two weeks after this house was first listed.

There was a LOT of grey happening so if you didn't like grey, it wouldn't be for you.

It is 3+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms on a 24.83 x 125 foot lot.

Of all the new builds that were going on like this in this neighbourhood, this one was probably priced near the highest, if not the highest.

The asking price was $1,899,000....for a 3 bedroom.

I thought it would need to go down to $1,699,000 to compete with the other new builds like 337 Cleveland that was priced at $1,625,000 (though I am not sure if that ever sold).

This house didn't sell and they dropped the price a few days later after the post to $1,849,000.

As I mentioned then, it needed another price drop....

And as a reader mentioned, railings on the front steps.

Well, it didn't have another price drop but another house that I realized looked just like this one....AND the house in my last post at 360 Walmer Road...came on the market at 341 Belsize Drive for $1,849,000!!!  

There is clearly a builder out there who likes Grey Houses!!!

Well, this house never sold.

And the new price is $1,699,000.
