PRICE DROP - 662 Euclid Avenue - PALMERSTON (click photo to see full post)
This is a beautiful old 5+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 22 x 127 foot lot in Palmerston/Korea Town.
It was listed at the beginning of April and I posted it on Monday.
It could be move right in but if you are going to spend this much money, you probably want to fix it up. Or at least get rid of the cobwebs...
Considering that a similar house at 81 Howland Avenue in the Annex
sold for $1,500,000 in June, it isn't completely unreasonable to think this could go for asking.
I did think that Annex price was a little nuts but it did have a wide lot.
This house isn't in the Annex though. And it is really close to Bloor.
It could be beautiful and amazing, but $1,349,000?
I thought that was a little high. Maybe high $1.2s , perhaps even low $1.3s. But not ask.
Well, it hasn't sold and the price has now been dropped....
To $1,285,000.
So, if the house just north of Bloor at 580 Palmerston that wasn't as big but was recently renovated sold for $1,250,000, is this the right price?
It might be a little high....maybe something more like $1,265,000.
But before they do the next showing, they should stop doing this....
And do something about those ceilings.
