PRICE INCREASE- 207 Bain Avenue - RIVERDALE
Really?
Why.
This house was first listed in July 2012 for $929,900. A week later, it hadn't sold and it was taken off the market.....or something like that.
It was relisted in September for $979,000.
Again, it didn't sell and they put it up for lease in November for $4,500/month.
Guess there were no takers on the lease either, or it was short term, because this place was relisted last week for $887,900.
Lookd like they didn't get the price they wanted though because it has been listed AGAIN at an increase.
The new price is $979,900.
You know, even though this isn't the worst flip, there might be some issues. Issues with the kitchen (not that it is IKEA because that isn't a problem), problems with the size of the rooms.....
It's all fine....
But I think they want more than the market is going to give them.
Then again, I thought this would sell OVER the first time I posted it.
What is with the pricing strategy though? Is this going to be another 150 Langley?
