RELISTED - 135 Glencairn Avenue - LYTTON PARK (click photo to see full post)
When I posted this house in December, it had just been taken off of MLS but was still on the agent's site.
I assumed it had been suspended but I am not so sure it is currently with the same agent.
It had been listed in September at $3,175,000.
It is a 4 bedrooms house but only has 3 bathrooms. This is a big house to only have 3 bathrooms.
And the garage is on the opposite corner to the mudroom.
So, though this house is beautiful and has had a recent reno (though it didn't need it after the last time it was listed in 2010 for $2,395,000), I think the asking price was too high.
And it never sold.
In December, I thought that when this was house eventually got relisted, it would go back up at the same price of $3,195,000 (though I thought this was more of a $2,995,000 house).
Well, it has been relisted but at a drop.
The new price is $3,075,000.
With only 3 bathrooms, this is still going to be a hard sell.
