RELISTED #2 - 207 Bain Avenue - RIVERDALE

This house was first listed just under a year ago.

It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 16.79 x 115 foot lot.

It's a typical flip but it is nice.  

It was listed at $929,900.

I thought it was about $20,000 over what the market would pay but no one ever bought it.  Then for some reason, they relisted it in September for HIGHER than the previous price.

This time the asking price was $979,900.

And surprise!  It didn't sell.

It has been relisted and this time at a more realistic price.  It is a good flip but as a reader pointed out, there is barely and storage space in the kitchen.  And one of the bedrooms is quite small.  But the bathrooms are good and there is 2 car parking.

The new price is $887,900.

I don't see why this won't sell soon.

But is it me or are those glass walls feeling dated already?
