This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 15.75 x 113 foot lot with 1 parking spot is a flip.
It was last listed in August 2012 for $349,900 (not sure what it sold for).
This is what is looked like...
Sooo....they didn't do much with the front.
The inside is a typical flip. I don't love the layout of the kitchen. I would have put the stove where the dishwasher is and put the sink and dishwasher against the back wall (even though I don't like the idea of people looking at your bum as you bend over to load the dishes). The floating oven is just kind of driving me crazy.
The upstairs has good sized rooms. The bathroom is new but I am not loving it.
Is it me or are the doorknobs oddly high in the bedrooms?
The basement is done and it is fine....
But the backyard is a MESS. Maybe it's the snow but to me, even with sun, this is a big mess. And that fence has to be redone. And is that 'garage' okay?
This house was first listed in January 2013 for $589,900.
I guess it didn't sell because it was listed again in mid-March at a price drop to $499,000.
No go again and it was back up just over a week later for the initial asking price of $589,900.
It sold after three weeks...
For $576,500.
