134 Balsam Avenue - BEACHES
This isn't the most exciting house in the Beaches but it is still a good 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 49 x 153 foot lot.
When I first looked at the pictures, I thought it was weird that they included a photo with somone still in it...
Then I realized that it wasn't a person.
It was just a figure of Humphrey Bogart hanging out in the dining room!
Or maybe it is....

It made me think of that house 670 Stouffville Road in Richmond Hill that had this in the family room...
And this in the kitchen....
Why do people have these things in their house!?!
Besides James...James SinJeann Smmmm'eye'th, as I mentioned, this isn't a super exciting house but it is good.
But it is only 3 bedrooms, and for the price, that might turn people away. And the fact that the backyard is basically ALL deck.
This house is priced at $1,659,000.
But with a little paint and some updating in the kitchen and bathoroms, this house could be great.
It's just too high for a 3 bedroom even if the lot is big.
It will probably sell closer to $1,549,000...maybe a bit less.
P.S. WHY is the living room furniture on an angle like that!?!
