When this house at 744 Logan Avenue in Riverdale was listed last week, I said that it was either the kind of house that you LOVE or you would think it was good, just not for you.

I don't LOVE it but someone does!

This house was listed at $1,469,000.

It is completely renovated, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 20 x 110 foot lot with 2 car parking across the street from Withrow Park.

Because the back wasn't opened to the yard (and the west sun!), I didn't think it would go way over.

But it did!

For $1,574,400!

It is a great house, but for that price, I would need a LOT more windows in that living room!!!
