This house was first listed in mid-April.

It isn't big with only 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom but it is charming. 

The asking price was $599,900.

I thought that considering that the bungalow semi at 91 Argyle Street that was listed at $549,900 and sold for $732,000, that this would sell over as well.  The location isn't as good but it just has WAY more character.

I thought it could sell for $613,000....maybe $630,000.

It never sold and the price was dropped to $559,900 a couple of weeks later.

It still hasn't sold and the price has been dropped again.

The new price is...

$529,900.
