When I posted theis house just over a week ago, I thought it was going over.

Sure, it's a row house and the breakfast room could have really be with less cupboards so that it could have been a small family room (I have no problem with the IKEA kitchen but some do)....

But it is a finished 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 16.58 x 121 foot lot with a detached garage for 1 car.

This house was listed at $1,190,000.

I thought it could go to $1,235,000 if someone wasn't bothered by the row house aspect.

The price has been dropped....

To $1,189,000.
