PRICE DROP - 23 Rolyat Street - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE

The 4 bedroom row house at 222 Shaw Street in Trinity-Bellwoods that I posted earlier this afternoon got me thinking of this house at 23 Rolyat Street.

It is 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, has 2 parking spots, is detached but only sits on a 90 foot lot.

It has been listed since last July when it was listed at $1,599,000.

In January, the price was dropped to $1,549,000.

When are they going to drop the price again?  Because clearly that $50,000 drop isn't cutting it.
