It's Grey House price drop day again!!!

This house in Davisville Village was first listed at $1,899,000.

I thought it needed to go down to $1,699,000 at least.

They dropped the price in February to $1,849,000 and again in April to $1,699,000.

Looks like they had to drop it again...

This time to $1,689,000.

It's going to have another drop.
