PRICE DROP #2 - 9 Rostrevor Road - CEDARVALE

This is 4+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms on a 54 x 115 foot lot and it looks to be a flip.  It was listed in April 2010 for $1,069,000 and sold for $1,169,000.

It was listed a year later in May 2012 for $1,729,000.

It didn't sell and they took it off the market for another year when it was listed in April 2013 for $1,679,000.

It's a good house but the first floor layout is a little odd and though the back of the house was fixed up a bit, it is still odd.

The house didn't sell and the price was dropped to $1,629,000 a few weeks later.

It still didn't sell and a week ago, the price was dropped again.  The current price is $1,599,000.

When I first posted it, I thought the price was a bit high but that it wouldn't sell for a LOT less...

So, is this the right price?

Only if you like that first floor layout.
