RELISTED/PRICE INCREASE - 67 Garden Avenue - RONCESVALLES
I first posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 17.5 x 125 foot lot in January 2012.
It is a flip and it isn't my favourite. I am not a huge fan of the kitchen and wish they had opened the house up to the yard.

It was first listed at $889,000 after being listed at $499,000 a year previous, prior to the reno.
I thought it was way overpriced and that it was more of a $699,000 house...maybe $750,000. Though I have to say, the video shows this house a LOT better than the photos. (And was it really only a year ago that I was into that glass wall?)
It didn't sell and the price was dropped at the end of March 2012 to $799,000.
Then, for some reason, a couple of weeks later, they INCREASED the price to $849,000.
This house is only 3 bedrooms....I had no idea what they were thinking with the increase (though I do like the tile on the fireplace surround!).
Well, it is back on the market...
For $899,000.
Again, it is only 3 bedrooms with a not so great kitchen....but at least they have staged it this time around!
