And if this house had a family room addition and another bedroom built at the back, it would easily be an at least $1.45 house.
Well, according to the reader, this house has sold....
For $1,160,000.
Are you surprised? I'm not surprised.
One thing I hadn't noticed before though was that white vinyl soffit at the front. Or is it wood? Looks like vinyl to me.
