The above picture is the listing picture for this 7 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 50 x 130 foot lot with 5 car in Riverdale that has been in the same family for 50 years.
They should have gone with the Google Streetview picture because it looks a LOT better....
There is no disguising that this house needs a LOT of work so why make the photos blurry?

Basically, this place is pretty impressive.
There is 'slight encrouchement by the city and at the rear'..........but the lot is still really large.
It will be unfortunate if someone tears this done to build 2 new builds.
But at $1,599,800, that is probably what is going to happen.
Unless someone is willing to take Riverdale over the $2+++ million mark because that is what this place will be after it is converted into a single family home.
But you would have a pretty amazing house!
Just the most expensive house in the neighbourhood.
I think this will sell fast and not far from listing but not over.
And I can't wait to see what it becomes in a year's time!
