It shows really well.  

The floors are great, the windows are good, the kitchen has been redone (but is not open which is good or bad depending on who you talk to), there are nice built-ins in the basement and the upstairs family room (kind of an annoying feature for a bedroom though), the bathrooms are done (except the master bathroom door opens right onto the toilet), and the backyard is really good though the stairs need a railing.  

It is located close to Eglinton but not too close...

When a reader (thanks K!) sent this in yesterday, I mentioned that it looks that after years of this neighbourhood seeming like it was going to take off then levelling off, finally it looks like this neighbourhood is starting to have its 'Riverdale' moment.

And if this house had a family room addition and another bedroom built at the back, it would easily be an at least $1.45 house. 

Well, according to the reader, this house has sold....

For $1,160,000.

Are you surprised?  I'm not surprised.

One thing I hadn't noticed before though was that white vinyl soffit at the front.  Or is it wood?  Looks like vinyl to me.
