This is a really charming row house in Leslieville.
It isn't huge but somehow it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 parking spots on a 15 x 129 foot lot.
And though the kitchen needs to be done and the basement isn't finished, it is a really great house.
I really like that walnut (that's walnut, right?) dining room table and chairs, and if you are into teak, there are some pretty great teak consoles pieces as well.
Like the kitchen, the bathrooms could probably use updating but they are still seem to be in good shape and something that doesn't need to be done right away. Except perhaps a coat of paint in that powder room!
The bedrooms are a good size and the floor looks like it is in okay shape.
There is a skylight in the second floor which makes a huge difference and the loft room is big enough for a bed. So, this truly is a 4 bedroom and not a 3+1 house (or maybe it is just the optics).
And the backyard is really good.
Plus, it is steps to Queen Street.
This house is priced at $679,900.
I think it will sell closer to $730,000.
Regardless of the state of the neighbour's house.
