When this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 20.5 x 127 foot lot was first listed a little over a month ago, it didn't register right away that it was this house...
Just 7 months and lots of work later.
Considering the transformation, they did a great job but this house sold for $937,500 in October.
And after the flip, they were asking...
$1,795,000.
Yeah.......no.
I thought it was maybe a $1.6 house like the one at 140 Crawford Street, but not $1.8.
The price was dropped a few weeks ago to $1,749,000.
I still thought it was too high.
It is now listed at $1,585,000.
That's a bit better.
Maybe.
