#526 - 33 Mill Street - DISTILLERY DISTRICT
When a reader sent in this listing (thanks D!), he pointed out that even though MASH stands for 'Mansion, Apartment, Shack, House', I don't post a lot of apartments (or shacks for that matter).
He is right that I don't post a LOT of apartments but there are a few, the last one being #516 1 Bedford Road in the Annex in April.
What I definitely don't post a lot of is the Distillery District. In fact, this is my first!!!
Though it is your typical condo, it is a bright, good sized 1+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 parking spot condo with a good kitchen in a good location (depending who you talk to). I really like how they have painted that ceiling and not the wall on the one side (I am not necessarily crazy about the colour though but that isn't a big deal)...
But regardless of what it looked like, how could I not post this apartment when part of the ammenities include this party scene...
It's like a regular Gansevoort NYC pool party in your backyard everyday (if you are prone to motion sickness be warned but there is SOOOOO much worth seeing in this ridiculous video!)...
Okay...you might not even be able to drink on this pool patio but as for the apartment, it's good and there is still that pool, dry or not.
The asking is $429,900 with maintenance fees of $466.65/month.
Not bad!
