It was definitely a dump and was ripe for the flip!

Problem is, I don't LOVE the flip.

I thought the original floor plan was better and I didn't love that the front door opened right into the living room.  And the floors look messed up.

This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 24.08 x 135.5 foot lot was listed a month ago at $1,399,000.

I thought it could maybe sell for $1,275,000.

It never sold at the first asking price and it has now been dropped...

To $1,299,000.

Still a little too high but getting there!
