This is a good looking house. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 16.75 x 93 foot lot with a parking pad.
Inside, the house is still good but could use some touch ups.
Like new tile in the front hall, new kitchen flooring, and new basement flooring. And the venting system in the basement looks like it has seen better days but a coat of paint could make a big difference.
But other than that, this is a solid house with a finished basement with a separate walk-out and a kitchen so it could be rented out. All the doors have new hardware. The bedrooms are all a good size. It won't sit long.
And it will probably sell closer to $725,000.
