75 Victor Avenue - RIVERDALE
I have been wanting to post this house all day.
But I couldn't because, though the listing only says this house has been featured in Style at Home magazine, I knew there was also a video tour of the house on Canadian House and Home.
I couldn't remember the designer's name though so it was really tough to find it.
Until a reader (thanks B!) emailed me about this house. And thankfully that reader knew that this house was owned by designer Samantha Sacks and was able to find the videos for me (maybe that reader can help me out with my math too)!

So.......this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 17.6 x 110 foot lot with a dug out basement was listed at $925,000.
Yeah.
Sure, it has no parking. But the smaller 3 bedroom semi at 197 Victor Avenue sold for $825,000 this winter.
This is definitely $100,000 more of a house.
And there is the house that needed work round the corner at 76 Langley Avenue that sold for $1,129,000.....
So, when the reader who sent me the videos told me there was a sold sign up even though this house was just listed yesterday, I wasn't really surprised.
I am not sure yet what the sold price is but I am guessing up to $1,075,000.
Even without the parking.
