This house has been listed for almost 3 years and in those 3 years, it has had 10 asking prices.

Here is the pricing history:

Since the house that I posted last week at 106 Wychwood Avenue came on the market at $5,498,000, they probably thought this was a good time to bring this one back on the market.

But I would have thought they would have dropped the price. 

They didn't and the price is the same as it was in February.

$2,650,000.

It still isn't going to sell.

The Toronto Star article that several readers sent in about the neighbourhood probably won't help either.
