If the semi at 56 Lakeview Avenue in Dufferin Grove sold for $930,200, is is possible for this house to sell for asking!?!
It is 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It sits on a 20 x 120 foot lot with 2 parking spaces. There are also 4 kitchens and a staircase at the back so I am not sure if this was more rooming house or separate apartments
But either way, it needs a LOT of work...
Because even though the listing says the heating source is natural gas, this thing is still in the house...
And correct me if I am wrong, but I think this used to be the furnace.
The asking price is $1,293,000.
Is that insane?
If the house at 426 Euclid Avenue in Palmerston that was pretty similar in size and condition, was listed at $1,395,000, and sold for $1,345,000....then who knows!
And if it does sell for asking, it makes you think that the person who bought Lakeview didn't do too badly!
