When this house was listed a few weeks ago, it caught my attention.
It kind of reminded me of the house at 6 Willard Gardens in Swansea that was listed last May.
They both have a similar first floor layout except I prefer this style a lot more, even with that fireplace wall.
This house is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is completely renovated. My guess is that it used to look just like the neighbour...
It has a finished basement on a 67.5 x 21 foot lot with a detached garage and another parking spot.
It wasn't going to sit for long.
And it didn't.
This house was listed at $849,000.
Even it has a side yard and not a backyard, and though it had a hard time selling with this renovation in 2010 for $694,000 with a price drop to $689,900 (not sure if there had been changes)...
It still sold in 6 days...
For $897,975.
Maybe it was that new grass.
